How to Hire

Booking

Once you have decided on a Wishing Well, Treasure Chest or other accessories to complement your theme and match your decor, the next step is to contact us to reserve your chosen items. We advise that you book at least 1 month before your event date to avoid disappointment. Of course last minute bookings can also be made depending on availability.

Payment

Payment is by Direct Bank Transfer. Full payment is due within 7 days to secure the booking.

Security Deposit

The fully refundable security deposit is payable at the commencement of your hire, this can be paid by cash upon delivery or pickup, or by direct bank deposit before delivery.

We will refund your deposit in full when the item/s are returned on time in original packaging and in good condition. Deposits cannot be refunded if:
- it is returned late (kept longer than the return date)
- it is not returned in its original packaging
- it is damaged or marked

Pickup and Return

Pick up and return are by appointment. You can pick up your item/s from our Loganholme address up to 2 days before your event date. You may choose to return the item/s on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Delivery

All items will be delivered Friday before your event, and picked up the Monday following. Any exceptions to this may incur an excess fee. If we are to deliver to your reception venue, you will need to provide us with contact details of the function coordinator, so we can arrange delivery times.

Brisbane Metropolitan (Inc Northern Gold Coast)

We personally deliver all Wishing Wells and Treasure Chests within the Brisbane metropolitan area to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition. Delivery is free within a 10km radius of our Loganholme address - Other areas (Delivery will not exceed $25). Smaller items may be delivered by post or courier at our discretion.  

Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Southern Gold Coast

Delivery by courier. Please contact us for a quote. Smaller items may be posted at our discretion.

Cancellation

Sometimes plans change, and we understand. You can cancel your booking with a minimum of 14 days notice for a full refund. If your cancellation is within 14 days of the booking date there will be a $10 fee.
